honest tho, u need to hold a button down while it boots up, i'm sure if u hold them all, u will get the one

When you turn on the computer, press DEL or f2 repeatedly until u get the blue bios screen. In there look for Boot Devices or advance configuration. You want your 1st boot device to be the CDROM or ATAPI cd rom.

soz was on lunch!
ye richie is right - change boot device order to boot from CD first & then with the CD inserted, when the computer reboots - it will say Press any key to boot from CD... press anything & wait

Its doing something now, i dunno what though lol
I pressed something & it basically said all data will be lost etc, do you want to continue, pressed yes & its on xpress recovery or summit. It had the bit where it said press R so I did 
????

so you logged into the recovery console then???
if you have no administrator password set, just press return
if there is one set & you dont know it...
